Whether it's streamlining a workflow, recruiting and hiring new staff, training a team, or launching a new process, I bring both structure and flexibility to the table.

My background spans operations, training, community engagement, and team development across both mission-driven nonprofits and creative, fast-paced businesses. Most recently, I led a fantastic team at a mental health tech nonprofit, supporting a team of 20 staff members and 6,000+ active volunteers, helping scale systems as the organization rapidly grew.
